Tri-County hosts 37th Annual Sunnybrook Stomp
Lace up your running shoes and get ready for Tri-County Health Care’s 37th annual Sunnybrook Stomp 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, June 23, at Sunnybrook Park in Wadena. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m.
A Kids 1K will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed immediately by the 5K. Refreshments will be served following the race.
The 5K early-bird cost is $15 for adults and $10 for children 12 or younger before Friday, June 8. After June 8, the cost is $20 for adults and $15 for children. For the Kids 1K, the cost is free without a T-shirt or $10 with a T-shirt. You must pre-register prior for June 8 to guarantee a T-shirt. Additional shirts are available while supplies last.
Prizes will be given away after the race to random race finishers and to the top finisher in each division. All kids participating in the 1K will receive a prize.
The 5K course is a snapshot of Wadena – it includes the park, industrial, health care and residential areas of the north east side of Wadena.
