Otter Cove Children’s Museum Announces New Programs and Board Leadership
Otter Cove Children’s Museum is pleased to announce “Discover Energy! Exploring the Power of the Sun, Wind and Water,” a new program made possible by Otter Tail Power Company in partnership with the Science Museum of Minnesota. Discover Energy is a new monthly program designed for children ages 6-10 that will allow children to explore the power of the sun, wind, and water and learn how to conserve energy through hands-on activities developed by the Science Museum of Minnesota. The first session will be held at Otter Cove on Saturday, February 26th at 10:00 am. More information can be found at ottercoveff.org.
The Otter Cove Board of Directors held its annual meeting in January and elected new board leadership. Amy Baldwin will serve as Board President, replacing outgoing President Tasha Rohlfs. The Board wishes to express its thanks to Tasha for her leadership.
Otter Cove Children’s Museum is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization offering learning experiences through physical play, artistic exploration and imagination. Our immersive exhibits and innovative programs are created to maximize the power of play in developing skills and a sense of place and purpose.
