What You Bring to the Team We value a strong work ethic over a long resume. If you have experience in farming, landscaping, or outdoor labor, you’re a great fit. – Reliability: You show up ready to work in varying weather and terrain – Requirements: Must be 18+ with a Valid driver’s license – Physical stamina: Ability to work outdoors and perform manual labor (digging, lifting, spotting) – Team player: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a diverse crew – Travel: Ability to travel within the region for extended periods during the construction season Bonus points: – Already have a Class A CDL ?
