Job_description : Member Services Associate: – As part of the Member Services Team, you will have several different important duties working at the front desk at the Fergus Falls YMCA. – You will provide excellent customer service to YMCA members, guests, and staff, answering phone calls, scanning membership cards, signing up new members for memberships, registering individuals for programs, offering building tours, and answering questions about YMCA activities. – You will complete business transactions related to the payment of memberships, programs, services, childcare services, etc. – This position has many different aspects, which are all crucial to the overall operation of the YMCA. You will be an active member of the YMCA community and get to know the many people you will meet here.
