Join us at The Williams Company Store for class one in a three-part series of healthy lifestyle classes. You will learn how to make kombucha and take home a SCOBY and starter tea to make your own.
You will also learn the benefits of locally, wild harvested white pine needle tea (can you say Vitamin C?) and Sample this potent healing elixir. Lastly, there will be a segment on jamu, an Indonesian word for medicine. This Indonesian tonic is made with roots like ginger and turmeric and other medicinal herbs and spices.
This new year let’s drink to your health and learn some new ways to streamline these healing ingredients into your diet.
