What We Are Looking For We’re now hiring a Night Shift Material handler to be responsible for defining responsibilities and provide instructions for tasks performed by material handlers in the warehouse. Essential Duties: Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses. – Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and movements of products. – Rotate ingredients and packaging in their proper locations after receiving. – Proper and accurate loading and unloading of trucks. – Drive the shuttle truck to deliver and pickup product and supplies as necessary. – Reconcile inventory discrepancies as discovered. – Forklift, shuttle truck operation and being certified and licensed to drive such vehicles. – Operate the shrink wrapper, box crusher, etc. as necessary. – Perform physical and cycle counts of inventory as necessary. – Backup or substitute inventory control positions when necessary. – Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains . – Place raw materials, packaging, and finished goods on hold and release as necessary. – Report any safety issues, unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
