Staff celebrate Astera Health Day and mayoral proclamation
WADENA, Minn. – Mar. 06, 2023 – On Mar. 6, Astera Health staff (formerly Tri-County Health Care) celebrated Astera Health Day. Joel Beiswenger, president & CEO of Astera Health, hosted a small ceremony in the courtyard of the Legacy Campus. He welcomed George Deiss, mayor of Wadena, who made a proclamation honoring the day.
At the end of the proclamation, Beiswenger led the crowd in a cheer for Astera Day as a banner fell from the banister above. Staff members were then invited to enjoy caramel rolls, cookies, and coffee as part of the celebration.
The commemoration served as a reminder of the impact Astera Health has on the City of Wadena and the surrounding communities it serves.
This event begins a series of milestone celebrations culminating in a grand opening event on Mar. 18 for the new Astera Health Campus. For more information on Astera Health and the grand opening, visit asterahealth.org.
