True Blue Flower Co. is a cut flower farm that brings bouquet subscriptions, roadside flower stand bouquets, workshops, and self-serve U-Picks to the Vergas, MN area.

Grab your friends and learn how we do everything from seed starting and dahlia growing to flower crown and arrangement making. Each workshop features goods and refreshments from our always impressive local talent. Hand-spun ceramic vases to handmade flower inspired beverages take your night among blooms to the next level.

U-Pick Bouquets

The True Blue Flower Fields are open for self-serve U-Pick bouquets Thursday through Sunday sun up to sun down when the fields are in bloom.

Treat yourself to a little flower picking at your leisure. No appointment needed. We provide everything for you to cut and take home your own bouquet. All you need is a long awaited exhale. All ages are welcome.

The True Blue Flower Field is open for self-serve U-Pick bouquets Thursday through Sunday sun up to sun down when the growing season begins. You are welcome to come pick at your leisure – no appointment needed . You have access to all the flowers. Pick flowers stay awhile watching the birds and the butterflies. The fields are unmanned during U-pick sessions. If you are looking for more instruction, feel free to check out our on farm workshops! PLEASE CHECK EVENT SCHEDULE TO SEE WHEN U-PICK DATES BEGIN.

• Each mason jar of blooms is $30.
• Jars, snips, and fresh water are provided. Jars can be taken home, snips must stay.
• Pay at the field with cash (through cashbox), Venmo (@trueblueflowerco), gift card (QR code to scant stand), and credit card (QR code to scan)
• No appointment needed
• No pets except service animals please
