Compensation for these direct hire roles is $17.50-$20.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays! Interested? Please read below for more information. What you’ll do as an Assembler: Safely and effectively use high-speed pneumatic power tools (drills, drivers, rivet guns, etc.), hand tools, and bulky steel rivet buckers and mallets Drill, rivet, and buck rivets while maintaining safe and effective control of high-speed pneumatic tools and steel rivet buckers Read drawings and specifications Complete required documentation of finished hulls and parts for production purposes Practice good housekeeping What you need to be an Assembler: High School Diploma or GED 3+ months of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and LSS is a plus Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing all required PPE (including; eye, hearing, hand, knee, foot, etc.) Ability to effectively communicate, train, and perform all required job functions with a work partner while in close proximity with other co-workers Willingness to learn all departmental job functions Adhere to safety and quality requirements #WorkNow Don’t wait, apply today!
