CareerForce
CareerForce is Minnesota’s career development and talent matching resource. They guide people toward rewarding careers, connect individuals to opportunities and help employers find the workers they need to grow and thrive. Otter Tail County's local CareerForce is located on M State's campus.
Rural MN Concentrated Employment Program
RMCEP helps people find jobs or get the training they need to find the job they want. If they are undecided, we have career exploration and planning activities. There are a variety of workshops on job search techniques, resume writing, and interviewing. We can also help employers by posting their job openings and hosting job fairs where employers can access large numbers of job seekers at once. RMCEP can help cut the cost of training a new employee through on-the-job training.
M State Workforce Development Solutions
M State WDS supports businesses and industries throughout the region with skills and technology training that is custom designed for each client's needs. More than 500 companies have hired Workforce Development Solutions for hour-based training that focuses on specific training or production needs and for-credit courses that help prepare workers for new responsibilities and advancement.
Otter Tail County Community Development Agency
The CDA works with several organizations to provide workforce and business development resources from partnerships for funding to business assistance.
Small Business Development Center
The West Central MN SBDC provides no-cost consulting services to accelerate the high-growth potential of existing and emerging businesses, to become more innovative and competitive. Customized services are delivered by a team of professional business consultants with a diverse and comprehensive array of knowledge and expertise in areas including business operations, website and social media, marketing, and more.
Perham Area Chamber of Commerce
