Summer Series: Wild Rice Management and Harvest

Join Naturalist Dora and DNR’s Wildlife Supervisor, Nicholas Snavely, for a talk about the management and harvest of wild rice in the state. We will meet at the Picnic Shelter.

This series will be recurring every other Thursday afternoon at 3pm through August. We will focus on a variety of topics regarding the natural world, work done by different divisions at the DNR, and much more!

This program is free. A valid park pass is required for park entry. A daily park pass is $7, and an annual park pass is $35. It can be purchased at the park office or ahead of time online. https://www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_parks/permit.html
