Everyone has a story to tell, but how do you go about writing it down? Now you can get a helping hand. Explore the art of dialogic reflection, a practice of deep listening, shared storytelling and personal insight.

The workshop will center on self inquiry, self love, self respect, and self care to understand and express who we are even better. And as an extension of all beings, you’ll be able to better understand others.

You will leave the workshop having identified a formative life experience, distilled the lesson that it carried, and begun drafting a chapter for your book of life. Free event – Registration required
