TCHC Sunnybrook Stomp 2022
60 runners gathered for this year’s Sunnybrook Stomp
5k on Friday, June 10, at Sunnybrook Park in Wadena. Tri-County Health Care’s Wellness
Committee organizes the event, which started with a 1K for kids, followed by the 5K,
which was comprised of 19 male and 41 female runners this year. All proceeds went to the
Tri-County Health Care pediatric rehab program.
Bjorn Brunsberg of Wadena was the men’s top finisher with a time of 18:39. Emily Winter
of Clarissa was the women’s top finisher with a time of 22:04.
Age Category winners included ages 0-12 – Reed Winter, Clarissa (28:40), Ellen Neuerburg,
Perham (29:02); ages 13-20 – Bjorn Brunsberg, Wadena (18:39), Emily Winter, Clarissa
(22:04); ages 21-30 – Emily Warner, New York Mills (23:33); ages 31-40 – Andrew Hay,
Cavalier, ND (19:21), Katie Osborn, Tuscon, AZ (25:17); ages 41-50 – Ben Olson, Perham
(21:30), Katrina Aho, New York Mills (29:09); ages 51-plus – Tom Ellingson, Menahga (22:02),
Pam Doebbeling, Ottertail (28:07).
The committee is looking forward to next year’s event, which will be the first under the
new Astera Health name.
