Spring Awakens: Fresh Air, New Adventures
As the snow melts and nature awakens, spring at East Silent Lake Resort is a season of renewal and adventure. The lake shimmers under the warming sun, inviting early morning paddles and peaceful fishing trips. Blooming wildflowers and budding trees transform the landscape into a picturesque retreat, perfect for hiking, wildlife watching, and unwinding by the water. Whether you’re looking for a quiet getaway or a family escape filled with outdoor fun, spring offers the perfect balance of tranquility and exploration. Shake off the winter blues and embrace the fresh energy of the season—your spring adventure starts here!
Exciting Updates to Cabins 1-5
Cabins 1-5, now located right next to the sports court and sand volleyball, have undergone major updates this winter. We’ve completely revamped the infrastructure with new plumbing, electrical systems, and heating/AC units. Because we’ve gone entirely electric, the cabins now feature larger water heaters and updated appliances to enhance your stay.
In addition, we’ve added brand-new patios and parking adjacent to each cabin. The new parking area accommodates either a vehicle and boat (with the boat left hooked up) or two vehicles. We’ve added exterior electrical for plugging in your boat overnight. Connectivity has been upgraded too, with fiber internet brought directly to the units, offering dedicated Wi-Fi access points for each cabin.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue the updates. Starting next winter, we’ll be focusing on updating the roofs, siding, windows, doors, and more—along with winterizing the cabins for year-round comfort. We are essentially building new, year-round cabins while preserving the traditional knotty pine cabin interiors.
New Vacation Home
Our new vacation home is coming together beautifully, and we’re thrilled to share the progress! Interior painting is complete. The flooring and cabinets are going in this week. Every step brings us closer to creating the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to welcome you to this exciting new space once it’s ready in May!
