Paul Lake Resort is located on the western shore of Paul Lake, about six miles west of Perham, MN. It is owned and operated by the family of Wayne & Jenny Caughey.
Established in 1956 by the Olson family (Jenny), Paul Lake Resort has now been welcoming guests for over three generations. From the start, we aimed to provide a fun and relaxed atmosphere for families, friends, and newcomers alike to forge memories that last a lifetime.
After high water forced us to close the old resort, we rebuilt from the ground up and re-opened in 2017 as a seasonal operation with RV campsites and vacation rental cabins. The results have been fantastic, thanks in large part to the wonderful people that spend their summers here. We’ve learned that at a resort, the property and location are important, but the people are make it truly special.
