Sofia Talvik, known for her ethereal voice and heartfelt songwriting, blends the soul of Americana with the Nordic spirit of her native Sweden. With a sound often compared to icons like Joni Mitchell and Judy Collins, Sofia captivates audiences with personal storytelling, acoustic guitar, and a mesmerizing solo performance that layers harmonies, percussion, and melody into a rich and moving soundscape.
Having toured extensively across 48 U.S. states, Europe, and New Zealand, Talvik brings a worldly perspective and deep authenticity to the stage. Her latest album, Center of the Universe (2023), debuted in the Top 20 on the Folk Radio Charts USA, with its lead single reaching the Top 10. The album was even considered for a Grammy nomination for Best Folk Album.
