Sure, Otter Tail County is known for its lakes and beautiful scenery. But what a great way to take in some of the beauty nature has to offer than with a round of golf?

Otter Tail County has plenty to offer when it comes to golf courses. Thumper Pond Golf Course in Ottertail is an 18-hole public course that welcomes golfers of all levels. The course was designed by Eric Niskanen and carved out of 90,000 Red Pine trees. Before hitting the course, take some swings on the 350-yard practice range, practice putting in the short-game area with two putting greens or sign up for golf lessons.
One of the most highly regarded golf course architects in the Midwest designed Wildflower Golf Course in Detroit Lakes. It features open prairie lands and oak-lined fairways to make this course aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable to play. The distinctive “prairie-links” design is unique to Minnesota.
Lida Greens Golf Course is a 14-hole executive course in Pelican Rapids. It was built to capitalize on all of the natural lay of the land, along with the hazards. Come for the golf, stay for the views. Several of the hole’s putting greens and tee boxes provide spectacular views of Lake Lida.

Pebble Lake Golf Course in Fergus Falls is an 18-hole championship course featuring rolling terrain, tree-lined fairways and some of the best – and fastest – putting greens around.
Perham Lakeside Golf Club, located a mile north of Perham, offers 27 holes across three courses (Maple, Oak and Pine) all with beautiful fairways, scenic natural wetlands and flowing elevation changes. The holes end with spectacular approaches to the well-manicured greens.
Oak & Iron Golf + Provisions located in Fergus Falls offers private golf simulator rooms perfect for avid golfers looking to improve their skills or for those looking to simply have a good time. The simulators offer unique game modes and challenges to allow anyone an enjoyable experience, regardless of skill level.
