Downtown Fergus Falls Mystery Tour
The Otter Tail County Historical Society is teaming up with the Fergus Falls Chamber of Commerce to bring you the famous Downtown Fergus Falls Mystery Tour on Wednesday, July 13, 7 p.m.
What better way to finish the inaugural Shop, Move and Groove event with a twilight stroll through downtown Fergus Falls. The historical society has uncovered stories and shed light on events and people that until now have been swept under the rug.
Events such as the 1966 discovery of an object that created an uproar by stirring the normally tepid passions of Fergus Falls residents. Or the destruction of a building that was the largest fire loss in the history of Otter Tail County. And characters such as the Fergus Falls mayor who proposed that every “needy” family should have their own cow.
Due to the content of the material, the Downtown Fergus Falls Mystery Tour may not be suitable for young children. Parental discretion is advised.
The cost for the tour is $6. Reservations are not required.
